The cast is set for the June 16th reading at the York. Here they are:

Sophie Scholl - Allison Strong (Bway:upcoming Bye, Bye Birdie)
Hans Scholl - Drew Gehling (Off-Bway: Anne Of Green Gables)
Christoph Probst - Jarrod Spector (Bway: currently starring as Frankie Valli in Jersey Boys)
Fritz Hartnagel - Nicholas Marinucci (current NYC revival of I Love My Wife)
Traute Lafrenz - Ashley Kate Adams (New York debut)
Alex Schmorell - A. J. Shively (ReWrite at Urban Stages)
Robert Mohr - William Ryall (Bway: current Guys And Dolls, Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas)
Young Girl - Carly Rose Sonenclar (Bway: Les Miserables)

White Rose authors Jenne Wason and Alan Cancelino have a song featured in the Music of Hope benefit for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The song is called "You Changed My Life" and was originally used in a 2008 United Way campaign for Chatham-Kent.

The York Theatre Company has given us the date for the reading of the latest draft of the script. We're on the calendar for Tuesday June 16th. Time TBA.
